- Concurrent site polling with Python asyncio and aiohttp
- Per-proxy health tracking, exponential backoff and automatic dead-proxy removal across 50+ proxies
- Queued alert delivery with request pacing and automatic retries to handle rate limits
- Persistent state storage so restarts never resend or miss alerts
